This group is formed from men who have been involved with men's work for some time, and the stoker from each of the working groups.

The responsibility of the elders team is to offer a core around which a range of activities is encouraged, and a link between CAC in Albuquerque and Male Spirituality UK. The task for the team is to ensure coherence across UK-based activities, and to offer guidance such that the activity of the groups stays in tune with the spirit and wisdom of CAC.
